The 6D Expression Model is created by me which is the set of techniques to help individuals express and process emotions, reducing stress and promoting well-being. It’s beneficial for anyone facing emotional blockages, anxiety, or trauma, offering an alternative to traditional talk therapy by empowering our natural emotional expression.

I am Chhayal Bharambe, founder of the Expressive Naari Society. With over 4 years of experience in communication and human behaviour, I have counseled 500+ people and trained 15+ executives to work on their important four pillars – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. My mission is to help 100,000 men & women release their trapped negative emotions and own powerful confidence using my 6D Expression Model, where we use creativity as tool to unleash and strengthen our emotional self.
This place called Expressive Naari Society is a sacred space she wanted to create, where the seed of love, compassion and warrior mentality are basics.
